Pros

A growing and changing company with lots of exciting things to be a part of. Very fun company culture, excellent employee benefits, good team structure. Senior management is in a good place and the company direction is clear. I feel valued as an employee and can see myself staying here for a long time

Cons

Sometimes communication from key stakeholders is unclear. Hiring decisions are the senior level are sometimes questionable as well (there was high turnover at one point in the HR department due to some bad hiring decisions).

Pros

rewardStyle is an innovative company that aspires for hard work to be met with fun times. The amenities are great, the space is conducive for hard-work and great events, and the products they put out are truly remarkable.

Cons

I don’t want to repeat too much of what others have said, but it’s all true. If you care about being mentored and growing in your field I'd advise you to be cautious in applying. I'm rating the "Culture & Values" and "6 Month Business Outlook" as great because I know that's where their focus is. Unfortunately, it's an unhealthy focus. The focus that is put on everything to be on brand and keep the client-facing image pristine is unrealistic. Because they put their focus there, it will succeed. But in return, they will never change the areas that are suffering because of it.

In order to ensure employees who are interested in taking the initiative to grow within their departments or cross functionally have the support and guidance they need, we are exploring some exciting mentoring programs to implement in 2018. The retention of our top talent is very important to us and we certainly want to take on strategies that increase employee engagement and encourage our valuable employees to continue to invest their time with us.
