Pros

Company still offers hybrid work environment, although it is clear that their end goal is everyone warming an office chair 5 days a week.

Cons

Client leads lack ability to develop cogent and effective proposals. Most project teams have been riding on the backs of wins from many years ago, but projects are now failing across the board. Management wants more teams in office, but office remains ghost town as more and more projects are getting closed down. Multiple projects consist of too many team leads and not enough real engineers, and team leads don't have enough work to do. As more projects run out of actual work, team members begin to cannibalize others actual work in desperate attempt to stay relevant and on a project.

Pros

Great coworkers and the environment was great to be in. It’s really sad the cons are as bad as they are

Cons

I came into this role ready to work and contribute, and while the responsibilities themselves were manageable, the internal communication and management practices were a consistent problem. I was told during onboarding that I would be reporting to a supervisor, only to learn later — through the client, not the company — that I was actually reporting directly to the client the entire time. This was never communicated to me upfront, and it created unnecessary confusion and made it difficult to understand who I was accountable to. That level of misrepresentation is concerning, especially in a role where clear direction is essential. Another issue was a promised $2.00 raise based on performance. I completed the required period, was told it was coming, and then was terminated shortly before it took effect. The timing speaks for itself. It’s hard to feel valued or fairly evaluated when compensation discussions and staffing decisions appear misaligned. There are employees who work hard here, but leadership needs to be much more transparent, consistent, and honest about reporting structures, expectations, and compensation. If communication were clearer and decisions more straightforward, it could be a better place to work.

Pros

Underpaid by 75% less than market. Paid on time despite the low pay.

Cons

On top of underpaying their employees, they also demand and request from you too many administrative tasks outside of your actual job. They are located in INDIA, all of their HR department is located in INDIA, therefore, you have to talk to them in the early hours of the morning if you have any HR questions, and also because they deal with HR differently than an actual HR department in the U.S. As a consultant this company is always asking you to do too many administrative tasks completely unrelated to your job, it's more to do with them covering their backs, rather than letting you do your job uninterrupted.
