Cons

Upper management have no respect for staff in retail stores. Your are responsible for everything going on in store but are completely micro managed any they are never wrong you just can't imploment

Pros

Can make bonus monies by doing in home presentations working with a designer. the sale grows in volume. Make extra by performance.in all areas of the sale. meeting amount of presentations to be done per month, selling magi, and exceeding or meeting targets.

Cons

Working every weekend is hard as well as not having two days off together. Feeling devalued when only paid 50% of earned commissions on any undelivered products on my last day.

Pros

The company is very team oriented and was always trying to build its culture. I loved everything about the job, especially the training process which if done correctly set everyone up to win! A great place to develop managment and sales skills.

Cons

Workin on holidays and 52 hours a week would often times be tiring.. Sometimes seemed to be a disconnect between corporate offices and the markets.
