None. The salary was grossly inadequate and management was atrocious.

Cons

Management was arrogant, rude, overbearing, and generally nasty. In-store politics were such that there was wide spread speculation as to favoritism shown to certain employees. The overall atmosphere reflected a total lack professionalism.

My manager disliked me and made me miserable and sabatoged my sales by telling clients to consider different fabrics at the last minute! Expect to work most weekends.

Nice hiring manager at the time.

Cons

The employees especially one young lady would degrade the customers because the customers did not know the product knowledge expecting the customer to know the product. I was taught the sales staff are the experts in their field. I cringed every time I every time heard that sales person degrade the customer. It was sad. The staff would call the customers liars and thieves.
