Pros

LaBella has a great commitment to their employees, a lot of flexibility and good work life balance. They want their employees to be in a position that fits for them, and will try to help employees find the best path for their personal and professional development. CEO Sergio cares greatly about his employees, and makes it a point to get to know each and every one.

Cons

LaBella is a growing company, and some of their infrastructure is not suitable for a company of this size. This results in some disorganization and wasted time on old processes, but they seem to be working on improving this. Health benefits are not great, they only offer high deductible health plans.
