Pros

LaBella is a great place to work! They truly care about their employees. There is an open door policy with the CEO, Sergio Esteban. Sergio is by far the most engaging CEO I have ever worked for. He know every employee by name and we have over 450 employees!

Cons

LaBella tends to be a bit old school when it comes to process/procedures and accounting practices. IT connectivity between satellite offices can be an issue sometimes as well.

Pros

I've worked for 2 other A/E firms in town, and LaBella is the best work experience I've had. Caring, transparent upper management; fair pay and benefits; tremendous opportunities for growth; work you can be proud of.

Cons

We're growing fast, and that means that work/life balance is a struggle and infrastructure support lags. You'll have to be flexible and solve your own problems, which is definitely an environment that favors go-getters.

Have been working with LaBella for less than a year, and I love it. Great company to work for.

Not being able to participate in all events that are offered at the Corporate Office
