Smaller company (but growing quickly) so you are able to make your mark and your contributions are noticed. Good opportunities for growth. Vast variety of projects to work on. Solid pay. Lots of smart and personable employees, minimal dead weight. Since the company has grown so fast, you have people from a variety of backgrounds to draw experience from. Better than average transparency.

Cons

The 401k plan could be better, both in plan options and employer match. The quick growth also means people tend do their own thing, rather than follow company standards or culture.
