Joined as a fresher and its been close to 1.5yr here, they give you full exposure with respect to working in active projects and interactions with off shore project mates as well as customers directly. Helpful seniors.

Cons

As this is a small company and people work here in a very close environment, people management should be done in a more efficient way.

1) Less scope in Technical skill enhancement. So if you are looking for a place where you could use your skills in Struts, Hibernate, EJB, Mobile App Development etc then this is not your place.
