Decent benefits, decent leave policy, generally positive work environment, great people, generous personal vehicle use policy, management very willing to accommodate other obligations

Cons

Often extremely disorganized and bureaucratic management; lack of coordination between laboratories; lack of coordination between departments (between logistics and other areas of the labs), not very good salary, limited opportunities for advancement

It's some form of income...... I guess it's better than making nothing. Emphasis on the word guess.

Cons

Where to start? Low pay, benefits always scaled back, constant lay-offs, difficulty moving up (due to a surplus of dead-end jobs), management seems to be persons promoted due to other managers tired of dealing with their stupidity. Just overall a miserable place to work. Worker morale is low in most parts of the company.
