fellow colleagues who you can relate to regarding the terrible job experience and managers
Cons
The managers rely on their leads to know what is going on within the lab , they almost NEVER communicate with one another either. The managers play favorites and will excuse behaviors from one individual but not another, it’s also a very gossipy lab to work in. They will also make you feel bad for not working overtime because they accidentally put 5 employees on vacation at the same time and don’t want to take responsibility fir that mistake. Mistakes made my upper management are always blamed on the employees in the lab
