You get to learn and acquire good experience

Cons

Company takes in new graduates and makes them sign a 2 year commitment. Once you're in, you are used the maximum and paid next to nothing. Once you realize your just hired to clean up after everyone else, you are then stuck because of the contract you signed. If you are a new graduate and can find work elsewhere, go for it.
