Pros

Benefits, Requesting time off ( if there’s room on the calendar) overtime

Cons

Too much work for one person, under staffed because people keep quitting... I wonder why. You have to get everything right the first day on the job. Poor training, 30 min break with BARELY two 10 min breaks that you are required to take. Just too much work in many departments, it makes you take stress home. Everyone complains about being short staffed. No room to grow if you don’t have a degree in a scientific feild not even psychology or Math, they will just hand you a scanner and some shipping bags if you apply to be a lab Assistant or specimen processor. You can’t switch you department until a year later.
