It's fairly secure, location is stable, once you understand the playground dynamics you can work it to your advantage.
Cons
Poor management, low pay, expensive insurance. With an over abundance of foreign citizens who have no idea of their rights in this country, this company is able to really take advantage of people. By using bullying and many other tactics seldom seen in American companies today. A good human resources dept. would have a hay day.
