Pros

This company is excellent for people seeking an entry-level position, such as, right out of college. LabCorp has numerous research, clinical, lab, and diagnostic departments that will definitely capture your interest. Additionally, working at LabCorp will help you gain insight and skills to do a variety of lab jobs, or other related positions. Unfortunately, when you've been in the company a while, you noticed that is it a bit too slow and too "hard" to gain promotions. Generally, LabCorp requires people to be in their positions for at least 2-3 years before gaining a promotion. So in other words, if you want to be a Senior Manager or Department Manager, you would need to wait about 20 to 30 years -- and that's if there's a role available.

Cons

Low pay PTO/PLB takes too long to accrue Limited career advancement opportunities Management is not favorable
