Management is so bad it's embarrassing, from an HR and documentation standpoint. The corporation acquires smaller labs and completely shakes them upside down. No one seems to have the power to change anything. Documentation is laughable. The company is totally disorganized, for example there are currently 5 different places SOPs need to be reviewed and signed, including two online. Don't even bother contacting HR, you'll be punished.
