I love my work schedule. m-f and no weekends or holidays.

Cons

I work at an IOP office and MLT's do not get bonuses. I do have to draw blood, finger sticks and have patient contact. I am excluded from the same bonuses the phlebotomist get. They get a quarterly bonus. I do not know of any bonus MT/MLT get from Labcorp. Hospitals give their MT/MLT bonuses. I do not like ASK HR. They are never helpful. They usually directed me back to my supervisor. If I am seeking ASK HR then I have already utilized other options.

Great benefits. Salary was decent. Time off was adequate.

Cons

Job schedule at the facilities were not always ideal because they needed to be ope seven days a week.
