I have enjoyed developing myself as a phlebotomist and providing service to the patient. I have learned to manage my emotions when the patient comes in a bad mood.

Cons

I believe that this job has no downsides, I like it and I enjoy it a lot. I would just like to earn a little more.

They take care of their employees! Great benefits, haven't met anyone that wasn't helpful if you need anything. Overall majority of every employee I've met have been genuinely kind people. Excellence in patient care is an understatement!

Cons

Extremely short staffed so hard to get days off. 🤷🏻‍♀️
