Pros
Some of the most dedicated and hard working individuals I have ever worked with. The study teams do everything they possibly can to deliver the their projects on time despite severe resource constraints.
Cons
There is often a divergence of guidance as it pertains to study deliverables, client satisfaction and internal financial management. Beware of the LabCorp non-compete unless you want to stay at Covance for the remainder of your career.
