Cons

I've never had any problems with processes or people management, so I believe that the managers' constant improvements are always involving our needs

5% 401k match, lot's of benefits provider options, fitness reimbursement option, flexible schedule in this role, lenient and flexible on taking PTO in this role and great working environment where I always feel supported.

Cons

One Labcorp one company slogan can sometimes mean that your line of service has a good financial quarter or year but does not get all the benefits of that financial gain, as the overarching organization may not have done so well. Although, this can be flipped around as well.
