Management will write you up for unscheduled absence even when they tell you that if you give 2 or more hours of notice they can schedule you as approved. I once passed out after an hour of work and they told me to leave and still wrote it up as an unscheduled. They also stated that you can't ask for health accomodations until you have been with them for a year. They let team leads show up 2 or more hours late every day but they don't get written up for it, but if an employee is 6 minutes late they get in trouble. Overall not great.
