      Pros

      If your lucky to work in a doctor office then you will have the joy of working totally independent. Your will not have to worry about your boss breathing down your neck (I've seen her once and I've been working for Labcorp for 8 months now). Just stay polite to the patients and to the office you work for (hopefully a nice office that doesn't tolerate drama ,and if they do just stay completely to yourself ). This job has been the most stress free job ever. If you like phlebotomy then Labcorp is a great place to work for. The service centers are different from working in an doctors office. You will work with other Labcorp employees, but you will not hardly see your supervisor. Also you will be very busy working at a service center, but the work required is not hard.

      Cons

      Different area pay better then others. Wish I was getting paid 2 dollars more. Working in a service center can get overwhelming at times.

      This is the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. We don't get training but get written up when we do something wrong.
