      Covance only offers a stable base of its market value but it doesn't make any sense to the employee as its very difficult to switch over the new roles upon requirements. Very BAD management lack of TRANSPARENCY ZERO employee engagement Higher management favours to the candidates who make them happy by praising them. Managers run to save the project at the end moment and do not schedule appropriately Low business chain in pipeline ZERO attention of global management to INDIA NO RESPONSE on requests MINIMAL supervision to ensure deliverables NO GROWTH for HARD workers OPPORTUNITIES for those who keep on LICKING managers
