work is so repetitve it is boring, only favorites get chance for advancement. hours can be detrimental to work - life balance. hostile work environment exists in my department. work is better if you wear spike heels and super short skirts or have male parts, very poor management. 1 even sleeps on the job. employee evaluation is cumbersome and based on if the manager likes you instead of professionalism.

Mandatory over time for the past year , no work life balance, understaffed, Managers hiring friends that are injured ( not disabled there is a difference ). Uneducated middle management that cannot think outside the box. Very little to no employee engagement, a HR department that only look out for friends, no accountability for bad decisions, a false belief that allot of overtime is equivalent to job security. If you are thinking of working here be prepared be under paid and treated with no respect. There are no minorities at my sites, there are always layoffs and there is always a constant fear in the atmosphere, employee turn around is lightening fast, always new faces.
