Where do I begin..We are consistently under staffed and over worked. There is consistent daily feedback of what we are all doing wrong, however nothing is ever said about what we do correctly. The morale stinks among employees. Most of the employees are seeking employment elsewhere due to our job dissatisfaction. When puting in for a transfer to a different shift/position you will not be considered. They will always hire from the outside, so dont bother. Just consider yourself married to whatever shift/position you were brought in on. Dont even bother with HR, they are the most impersonal rude group of Human Resource Reps I have ever encountered. Save yourself, and keep hunting for another job!

Managment as well as supervisors were very unfair, unprofessional and unapproachable unless you were with the "in folks".
