Pros
Covance has a lot of good people in the lower ranks of the company that really put there heart and soul into their work.
Cons
I worked in IT. They have very poor senior management. Communication is at an all-time low. They give employees lip service and work them to the bone. No advancement opportunities from within, as senior management hire from outside the company. The employees within the company are not even considered for positions or given the opportunity to apply or interview for them. Double standards for employees in the US and European sites, especially workload.
