Pros

Working by yourself with little to no supervision and weekly pay

Cons

Cincinnati and Dublin locations. Your manager will set you up to be the fall guy if he/she takes a disliking to you or if their work friends take a disliking towards you. These locations are worse than your middle school and high school days with their little groups and backstabbing lying crap. When you complain to higher ups they will gas light you. When you go above them and rock the boat real hard your a target for sure at these locations. Better make nice with your manager and their friends otherwise it's off to the hanging tree with you.

Incredible Benefits

Pros

One of the best overall benefit packages I’ve encountered. Personal use of company vehicle 401K company contribution (no waiting period) Comprehensive health & wellness at a reasonable cost.

Cons

Cascade training on job responsibilities produces a slow learning curve. Would prefer weekly pay instead of biweekly.
