Pros

The job was overall very easy. The lab seemed very divided, but some people were a lot of fun to work with. The amount of time off is pretty good and benefits are decent.

Cons

Favoritism is high, so if you’re not one of the bosses favorites, then good luck. Some people are allowed to slack off so you’ll probably be one of few trying to pick up the work of others. Hours are not the best, and pay should be higher. Some employees are very narcissistic and will work hard to cause others to lose their jobs. Not much room for growth.
