Availability of resources. On line training (learning path). Experienced staff.

Cons

Different dominions that request different logins every time to simple activities in the system. Management is not centralised in only one site. The Christmas dinner should be provided by the company as per tradition in UK, Its embarrassing a company that big do not offer any celebration for Christmas, All the above are related to Shardlow site (were I belong).

Labcorp was a great place to begin a career to obtain valuable experience, technical skills, and certifications.

Cons

Being overworked and things such as not having time to eat became way too normalized between departments. There was a disconnect between upper management and lower level technicians.
