Pros

Decent base salaries. There are some really nice people in the company.

Cons

Where do I begin... the company only cares about making money and doesn't care about employee wellbeing. They refuse to provide teams any headcount, blaming it on budget cuts and hiring freezes, and then run their people into the ground. So many people go out on burnout leave and the turnover is extremely high. Most teams are understaffed. Unless you are a respected sales person or one of upper management's favorites, you will be under appreciated. The amount of toxicity and politics that goes on behind the scenes is something I've never seen of this calibre before at any company. The atmosphere in the offices is sad, there is no company culture. The company is not willing to invest in any additional perks or benefits besides the bare minimum. If you value your life and wellbeing, do NOT work here. I promise 6 months in you will regret it, no matter which location you work in.

Pros

Headline says it all. I continuously feel supported by and want to support my co-workers.

Cons

There are a lot of hires, and it's not always clear who owns everything. This place is best for someone willing to step up and contribute.
