Pros
- Growing company with a great mission - Hard working people - especially the people who run or participate in events and activities care about culture and it shows - Opportunities to build from the ground up (small enough where you can actually get things done and make an impact) - Nice coworkers and people who are passionate about what they do - Management in certain departments is working hard to make positive changes - Those that embrace positivity and give things a chance have a better experience -I have a great manager, really hard working team and like what I do
Cons
- Fast growth means change. Need to ask questions and sr. Leadership needs to be open to inviting questions to manage the change and help people with it - Be open to doing things that may be outside of your role. If that’s not what you want, probably not the place for it you. - Room to standardize and improve processes, make things more efficient. - Pockets of negativity exist and can skew other peoples experience. They’re usually vocal and want instant results. That is frustrating.
