Fake Sales & Horrible Management

Good pay Good benefits Easy, mindless work

Cons

The job does NOT involve much sales, it’s more auditing and merchandising. The management is horrible - micromanaging and lots of big egos. I’m not sure who does the hiring for management but they select very data-driven candidates with no peoples skills (very weird for sales) Lots of yelling and bickering - a toxic work environment
