      Pros

      I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Lacuna so far. The leadership team is approachable, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in the professional growth of their RBTs and BCBAs. There’s a strong emphasis on clinical quality, collaboration, and maintaining a positive work culture.

      Cons

      It’s also a large clinic, which can make it a bit harder to build rapport with everyone right away though that may just be my own shyness. Overall, it’s a great place to grow, learn, and feel supported in the field of ABA.

      Pros

      Communication across teams, parents and leadership is something that stands out. Lacuna has a good home and work balance and leadership is very welcoming when it comes to any concerns that arise. The moral at Lacuna is amazing everyone is always willing to drop what they are doing to help those who need it.

      Cons

      Client cancellations last minute but management does really well trying to fill schedules when that applies.
