The people that work there are great and the benefits of being an employee are great to profit sharing health this business is hands down 1 of the best around

Cons

I lost my job due to the covid-19 The pay isn't that great to start out with but I'm sure working there long enough it will pay off

Pros

Great people and a fun location by the lake. You can bring your dog to work as long as it is well-behaved, and they have a fun environment where they want you to succeed in both work and personal life by promoting creativity among the artists at any level.

Cons

I’m not sure why everyone is saying this job is so flexible. The holidays aren’t really paid. You have to work extra hours the week of the holiday. They only allow people to work remote when it is convenient for them, and micro management seems to be encouraged.

Cons

It does not matter how much you work pay is terrible. You could be outputting much more work than others and still not get a decent pay raise. They seem to have the idea that it is better to let you leave and hire someone new with no experience and spend the money on training them than to give you a pay raise.
