Pros

Lakeshirts culture is a fun and relaxed environment. Dog friendly & everyday is casual Friday. None corporate atmosphere gives each employee the power to determine their own success.

Cons

If you prefer structure & clear direction, Lakeshirts is not for you.

Pros

I started at Lakeshirts & was immediately impressed during orientation. You learn about the company and get to visit each of the different departments to see how crucial each role is in the lifestyle of making a garment. It's a fun place to work & everyone is very helpful in making you feel welcome. It's very nice to have a cafeteria right in the building with a variety of food everyday that is affordable. There is a profit-share plan annually, so if the company makes money, you make money! Win-win! Lakeshirts has done a great job of putting hard-working employees in leadership roles & they motivate employees to reach goals & excel. I would definitely recommend Lakeshirts as a great place to work!

Great Culture, Great Company

Pros

Culture matters, and it shows. Positivity oozes from the place. From subsidized, on-site cafeteria to free coffee, to the office face-lift, to sponsorships of so many events, it is easy to be proud to work here. People truly care. Places like this are rare, and for it to be located in the middle of the most beautiful part of the country just makes it all the more incredible.

Cons

Opportunity is everywhere. Not a place for someone that can't deal with change.
