Some of the locations have good managers.

Cons

Always looking to cut costs. Profits shared with management, but they skimp on benefits and pay, and will always cut staff to make budget.

4 on 4 off in my department is pretty nice pay is decent for the area once you start moving up

Cons

health benefits are a joke no paid sick time, have to use vacation to cover can't use individual vacation days without finding someone to cover your shift, otherwise its an attendance point
