Pros

Travel opportunities for freshers and experienced are good. Pay is reasonable. Benefits are good and enhancing every year. Support from team and other business unit teams is excellent. Most loving thing is no work on weekends unless you have manager's permission.

Cons

Facilities are average. Not many options career wise. Work is monotonous and you get bored. Not many celebrations and definitely no team outings. Most of the suggestions are discarded saying not feasible.

Cutting edge technology and is always a thrill to work here. Lam USA has a great work culture, however lam india is pathetic

Cons

Very slow growth both profession wise and salary wise. There is no escalation path since all the mangement are interdependent and have been in the company forever. Lot of politics which is used to present the data to Lam USA.

Lam is an innovate company and has established an amazing track record of growth. You are constantly surrounded by intelligent and hardworking piers that will help enable you to succeed.

Cons

The company has grown through acquisitions and has moved from a small company feel to a larger corporation where politics and factions are present. This sometimes slows down decision making and can become a detractor.
