      great benefits package good compensation including profit sharing with additional variable compensation fast paced and interesting work when business is strong

      Cons

      no repsect from any level of management for those who wish to maintain a healthy work life balance most decisions, including promotion and variable compensation are politically based, not achievement based

      Product strategy is disorganized and keeps changing Manager quality is highly variable Low time off, long hours sometimes which result in less of a life

      Pros

      1. Excellent sabbatical plan (6 weeks every 5 years) 2. Excellent vacation time. Not the typical PTO Vacation/Sick time all in one that is popular at a lot of other companies 3. High level of competence in the engineering and field service staff.

      Cons

      1. Excessive layoffs. Large layoffs usually occur every 3-4 years. 2. Some high level managers are less than ethic/moral. Upper level management seems to have a blind eye to ethical/moral slips of other high level management while expecting high expectations from mid and lower level employees.
