Business Outlook
Pros
1. Excellent sabbatical plan (6 weeks every 5 years) 2. Excellent vacation time. Not the typical PTO Vacation/Sick time all in one that is popular at a lot of other companies 3. High level of competence in the engineering and field service staff.
Cons
1. Excessive layoffs. Large layoffs usually occur every 3-4 years. 2. Some high level managers are less than ethic/moral. Upper level management seems to have a blind eye to ethical/moral slips of other high level management while expecting high expectations from mid and lower level employees.
