Some schools have very supportive admin & staff

Cons

Schools without supportive admin are hostile work environments and will take advantage of you any way they can. Pay is below standard. District will take ages to get back to you when you have questions.

The School Admin was nice and understanding The kids were good students

Cons

You will constantly spend your time filling out SPED work. The district and school were highly unorganized. The school was understaffed, including teachers, security guards, etc... Everything was done to save money for the district.
