Working with students. It’s not hard at all.

Cons

Definitely have to have thick skin to work with the kids. Gotta let be able to let things not personal go. You’re not their parent and sometimes they’ll treat you like that.

The best reasons are that you don't have to teach because you are too busy trying to discipline, which is a waste of time.

Cons

Students are on their phone constantly and don't do their work. They walk out when they want to, and the language is awful. It's a free for all.

Positive coworkers, understanding and helpful administrators who have excellent leadership, many class options and the students along with their families are the best I have taught.

Cons

Traffic around the schools is difficult. Too much to do and too little time
