Pros

The school district has excellent leadership. I enjoy the children, co workers and overall learning cllimate. The pay is competitive with other school districts in the area. The commute is not a problem (mostly going the opposite way of most traffic).

Cons

The cons are as follows: long days, short lunch periods, not enough planning time, too many teacher's meetings, too much paper work, too many children per classroom.
