Great benefits, work environment is very positive, work load is little. Expect slow pace work environment

Cons

You'd be very unlikely to be hired if you don't have relationships with anyone that's willing to offer you the job in advance. They interviewed all qualified applicants just to follow the procedure and not get sued but who gets hire was almost 99 percent of the time pre determined.

Generally relaxed atmosphere and administration allows you to pursue degree for free (5 courses / year).

Cons

Current structure limits the ability of people to be fairly compensated for the duties they carry out. If you report through the same channel as HR, you typically get whatever you want. HR department is chaotic and they struggle to retain HR specialist, results in a lack of consistency in application of rules and the policies/procedures seem to change every 6-months because of a lack of leadership in HR. Gaps in the leadership. Not all VP's understand their job and as a result poorly execute their duties.
