Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

To much middle management and people walking around trying to look important. You could do 100 things right and as soon as you messed up in the slightest they were all over you for it.

Decent place to start. Get boots every year and a ham at Christmas.

Cons

Pay sucks. Technicians were lucky if they saw $18/hr to keep million mile trucks running. On call every other week, possibly get called in during your week off. Facility is out of date.
