Everyone is committed to making LOF the best it can be. I love the fact that each employee regardless of the function is really team LOF. I'm extremely impressed that even though there is HQ, and three plants everyone knows everyone and works together. The physical distance isn't an issue, its one big happy family/team. Leadership does not work with their doors closed, its truly an open door policy each and every day.

Cons

The configuration of the office isn't the most private. A lot of "bull pens/cubicles". Makes it difficult to have Skype meetings or conference calls, or even to really concentrate on a project when you can hear everything going on around you.
