Cons

Changes in management structure and direction in recent years has changed the culture of the company.

Pros

Employees seem to value work, life, balance. The company overall has been successful in growing and promoting from within. Turn over is relatively low. Bonuses paid quarterly!!

Cons

The reason why turn over is low is because there are no other food industry places within an hours drive of the town. Secondly, the salary wages could improve a bit.
