Pros

Great family atmosphere. People are very friendly and helpful. Environment is very relaxed most of the time. The work is challenging and fun. Great having a chef onboard for breakfast and lunch. Lots of opportunity to interact with executive leadership. People treat you with respect and expect you to treat others the same.

Cons

Company operates like a small company. Benefits do not kick in until ninety days after hire date. That is too long for someone to be without insurance and an employer of choice would provide insurance at a maximum of thirty days or as soon as hired. Sometimes processes aren't clearly defined.
