Pros

This is a family owned business. Although the company has seen significant growth in the past few years, it has still maintained a family atmosphere. The owners are very approachable and truly care about their employees. They are the type of people that you want to work hard for everyday. The company encourages us to take calculated risks so that we can achieve and create new things. I have been given the tools I need to succeed in my job. It's been a wonderful experience to work for Land O'Frost.

Cons

I'm not sure how Land O'Frost's pay structure rates against it's competitors. It might be trailing a bit. That's the only negative that I can think of.

They give plenty of opportunities for internal candidates to succeed in different roles or promotions. Most coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

Underpaid and underappreciated for the amount of work expected of you. Not empowered to make your own decisions without upper management approval.
