      They over pay at senior levels then wonder why their operating costs are so high preventing them to be competitive in the market, so they remove lower pay grade roles and employees, all while preserving their own roles.

      Autocratic upper management who do not listen to those actually in the field or doing the day to day work.

      Thanks for your review of our culture and your time here! Meeting hygiene is a priority for all of us; the Marketing Department has now implemented "No Meeting Fridays" -- allowing a day each week for people to clear their calendars to focus on work as well as learning and development.
