Nice headquarters, meals are $10 each, technology does not work half the time

Cons

They did not budget for a 4.5% inflationary lift to merit increases in 2023, so they are currently chopping headcount to balance things out. Watch out

Interesting work, great colleagues for the most part, good comp packages, nice life balance.

Cons

Company is trying to grow, but doesn’t really understand what it takes: investment. Every growth opportunity is done on the cheap, leading to middling results. Talent management is non-existent. Star performers get middling merit increases, and promotions are nearly impossible as growth is slow and leadership roles rarely open up. A micromanagement culture also doesn’t help.
