The best reasons to work for Land o’ Lakes are definitely the people and the benefits. The atmosphere was warm and supportive amongst the general employees. This is also a company that supports a healthy work life balance.

Cons

As a very large company, nothing happens fast or easily. Red tape and bureaucracy is the name of the game.
